Loudspeaker Upgrade at Lammars

We’ve just given Lammars in the Northern Quarter a loudspeaker upgrade to provide for the raucous weekend trade that they’ve developed. They’ve just celebrated their 5th year of trading and have gone through various stages of progressive development as their clientèle has grown and changed, from originally a restaurant/bar to now a bar/club/restaurant. This latest upgrade has seen us replace the existing 8″ speakers in their busy central area with larger and more powerful 12″ speakers and a pair of 15″ bass bins to really give the venue some oomph during peak times. They’ve also taken the opportunity to open that central space up further and add more capacity by removing a storage room that was situated there and replacing it with seating bays. Our equipment rack was located in that storage room and so we moved it to a more suitable position back-of-house and rewired and upgraded the speakers all as one job during the week, so they were up and running for the weekend trade. Head down and check out how things have improved.

Jukebox for Eastenders Queen Vic

Jukebox for BBC’s Eastenders Queen Victoria pub

seeburg D-3WA

We have just sent a 1950′s Seeburg wallbox down to the Eastenders props dept. Not with all the chrome gleaming like this one but still covered with the original, genuine old nicoteen stains, you can’t get them anymore.

Not sure what kind of refurb the Queen Vic is having but if it turns out to be a 50′s theme bar you heard it here first.

The jukebox in the Rovers Return was also supplied by us, quite some time ago now, it looks like they still have the same title cards still in it.

Now, where is the phone number for the Woolpack?
